I, the purchaser have read the ts & cs and accept all the risks associated with the online purchasing and shipping of vaccinations. I, the purchaser, have consulted my prescribing veterinarian before I (the purchaser) made the choice to purchase these from an online store. I, the purchaser, relieve this store of any liability associated with the use and purchase of this product. We try to dispatch the longest available expiry date that our suppliers have on hand. If you require something specific, please email us asking for dates before you place the order as we cannot change it with the supplier once our order reaches them. Please use Aust Post web site to see if you are in the express or next day zone from our suburb, 4154. If you are NOT in the next day delivery and you still want to order vaccines it will be advisable to add extra cold packs but we cannot guarantee that it will reach you cold. If you would like to add an extra cold pack to the order, they are available for purchase. Please type it into the search engine of the store. Once it leaves us, we do not know how or where Aust Post stores the item during transit. If you select insurance, please NOTE this only covers for loss in transit not in delivery delays as vaccines are regarded as perishables. Contact Aust Post for more about what the insurance covers. Please note all express & insured orders will require a signature at delivery. If you include a customer note to leave the order in a safe place they will not leave it and you will have to pick it up from the post office if you are left with a card in your mailbox. Do not expect Aus post to leave you a card. All customer notes are added to the shipping label as we receive it. We do not amend or edit it. It is up to Aus Post to read and follow your customer note. It is your responsibility as the purchaser to track the progress of the item as we do provide you with the tracking # as soon as its packed. If you unable to pick up as per tracking advise it is your responsibility to make alternate arrangements to ensure it is correctly stored in transit. Any cancellations to vaccine orders that are successfully placed online & have not been dispatched, will attract a cancellation fee of 20%. No returns, exchanges or refunds for vaccines already dispatched, as per terms at the checkout. Vaccines will only be dispatched on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Nothing over a Thursday or Friday because of the risk of them going off in transit. ALL the warnings and advise are in here. Vaccines are a high risk purchase, you take full responsibility for this purchase and don't come back to us and say WE DIDN'T WARN YOU BEFORE HAND.
